Our Interior Design Fees

Our design fees couldn’t be simpler.

When you hire us, we create stunning 3D renderings that include floor-to-ceiling details of each room.  This design includes furniture selection, window treatments and accessories.

Our initial design fee is $400 plus tax per room. This covers the design through to 3D renderings.  If you like our designs and wish to retain us to complete the project, we charge hourly which we’ll discuss with you.

Here’s the thing. We are part of a large group of designers throughout North America which gives us substantial wholesale pricing with 150+ major furniture and home decor manufacturers. We pass these savings on to our clients.

Are revisions included?

Yes, they are. Our aim is that you are happy with our design.

Our design presentation will help you understand our vision for your home. With life-like 3D renderings of each room and digital boards with each furniture selection, the vision for your home will come to life.

Getting Started Couldn’t Be Easier

With fixed design fees at $400 and a complimentary in-home consultation, we’ve simplified the process. After you approve the design, we commence the full project for you. We take care of everything from sourcing furniture and accessories to flooring, lighting, window treatments, wall art, and painting through to completion.
